TGBS has designed its Programme to go beyond the curriculum to get the students in-line with industry requirements. To this end, very rigorous training programs are conducted that ropes-in industry experts who advise, train and mentor the students to achieve their goals. Students are put through a series of workshops, guest lectures, seminars and simulation exercises to become ready to meet the ever changing corporate challenges. To name a few, training program on Equity Trading & Investments, Financial Modeling; National Institute of Securities Markets’ (NISM). TGBS also provides pre-placement training on Aptitude, Advanced Excel, Attitude Building, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Resume Writing, effective Group Discussions and Personal Interviews along with Counseling by experts.
The Institute believes in the ideology of ‘shared leadership’ which is why students play an active role not only in identifying the training need but also sourcing leads for summer and executive placements. A robust Student Placement Committee is at the helm of affairs that works round the year to connect with the corporate and bring them on campus.
