Admissions Enquiry open for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Program for the Academic Year 2023 - 2024.
HR department organized training on “HR Analytics” for PGDM SEM II students from March 09-11, 2023. The training was in collaboration with Momentum Consultancy, Nasik, which is an acclaimed training organization at PAN India. The training was conducted by Ms. Apoorva Matkar Joshi, trainer at Momentum Consultancy.
The broad areas covered under the topic included HR ratios, Excel for HR analytics, data valuation, levels of analysis and HR dashboards. The pedagogy adopted by the trainer was Case study, excel practice, video based discussion and simulation exercises. The students gained knowledge about various areas like shortcuts to excel formulae, ways to design dashboards. Ms. Apoorva Matkar shared her insights & appreciated the learning attitude & agility of the students. Trainings at TGBS act as a unique Teaching Learning tool for the budding leaders. The transfer of learning was ensured by giving assessments in the form of case scenarios, MCQs & experiential assignments. Knowledge Transfer: Role of analytics in HR, HR Dashboards, metrics.
