Admissions Enquiry open for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Program for the Academic Year 2023 - 2024.
TGBS conducted its 5th Hall of Fame in a very unique way on 02nd December, 2020 on the zoom platform where the young talent of the institute was felicitated for their outstanding performance in the entire simulation process. Approximately 50 participants attended the event online. The unique simulation process designed by the institute aimed at ensuring the holistic development of students necessary for the campus placements. While preparing for the simulation process, timely guidance and assistance was provided to each of the participants by their respective mentors. These mentoring sessions encouraged the students to participate in all the processes with complete preparedness and a strong determination to be in the top 10. The entire simulation consisted of various tests and processes that included aptitude tests, group discussions, assessment on financial independence, personal interviews and case study. All participants were evaluated on various parameters like personal grooming, communication and body language, attitude, knowledge about current affairs, technical skills and also the resume content. A detailed scorecard was maintained for all the students based on which ranks were given to each of the participants. The top 10 ranks were announced during the event and necessary feedback was shared by the faculties and alums. The entire process has not only helped the students understand where they stand but it has also encouraged them to work upon their weaknesses so as to improve their overall rankings and thereby be confident enough to face the campus interviews.
