On January 18th, 2025, a guest session on “Shaping Consumer Experiences: From Insight to Impact” was conducted at the TGBS SSC for students of Batch 2024-2026. The speaker was Ms. Purvi Bakliwal, Client Services Director at Enormous. Ms. Bakliwal shared her expertise on understanding consumer behaviour and crafting impactful marketing strategies. She discussed relevant case studies, including Cadbury’s successful campaigns, Whisper’s brand positioning, and the innovative surrogate marketing strategy of Singleton.
