Admissions Enquiry open for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Program for the Academic Year 2023 - 2024.
HR department organized Hall of Fame (HoF) simulation for PGDM Semester II students, with an effort to evaluate the placement centric progress of the students on Saturday, 28th January, 2023. Alum was Ms. Kaizine Kalvachvala, NEC Software Solutions – Executive HR, HR Department. The evaluation parameters are as follows:
· GD – internal ( 20 marks)
· PI – Alum (25 marks)
· VCV/CV-Alum (5 marks)
Students were evaluated basis the group discussion topic given on ‘Moonlighting – Ethical or unethical?’ that was created based on current industry requirements. The Alum PI focused on demonstrating proficiency and also enhancing skills of students to track real time progress and helping them improvise with regards to situational based questions,giving them practical exposure into HR domain. This HOF helped students experience all the rounds and gain clarity as well as understanding from the purview of placements for self development. The HoF -5 for HR students met the objective of making the learning process smooth and placement centric with the trendiest changes in industry thus keeping their knowledge updated. Post-event felicitation was performed on 2nd February ’23 wherein all participants were acknowledged for their efforts & top 3 HR students from Semester II were felicitated for outperforming in HoF 5.
