TGBS HR Department organized Master Class on Saturday 4th January 2025 on the topic “Gen Z: Redefining the Corporate Playbook”. The talk was led by Ms. Harshita Gopalan, Talent Advisor – Technology & Transformation at Deloitte. Ms. Harshita shed light on how the youngest entrants to the workforce are transforming workplace dynamics. With their digital-first mind-set, strong emphasis on work-life balance, and demand for authenticity, Gen Z is challenging traditional corporate norms. They value purpose-driven work, prioritize mental health, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion like never before. Organizations must adapt by fostering transparent communication, offering flexible work models, and aligning with socially responsible goals. The session emphasized that understanding and integrating Gen Z’s unique expectations is crucial to building resilient and future-ready workplaces. The session was well appreciated by the attendees & was relevant in the current work regime.
