Thakur Global Business School, in collaboration with HR Tag and Globalize Training Brains, hosted an HR Conclave on “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” on January 11, 2025. The event was inaugurated by esteemed panellists, including Dr. Shuchi Gautam, In-charge Director of TGBS. Dignitaries, participants, and attendees, including corporate professionals, faculty members, and students from various colleges across Mumbai, gathered for the colloquium.
The discussions focused on key topics such as Diversity for Workplace Transformation, Enabling Generational Inclusivity, and Addressing Unconscious Gender Inequality in the Workplace. The conclave proved to be a highly enriching experience, offering participants valuable insights on generational diversity, inclusivity with the LGBTQ community, and the distinction between equity and equality.
