TGBS organized training on “Revolutionizing People Management using Data Analysis” for PGDM Sem II HR students from March 09-12, 2024. The training was in collaboration with Momentum Consultancy, which is an acclaimed training organization at PAN India. The training was conducted by Ms. Apoorva Joshi, trainer at Momentum Consultancy.
The broad areas covered under the topic included HR ratios, Excel for HR data management, data valuation, levels of analysis and HR dashboards. The pedagogy adopted by the trainer was Case study, excel practice, video based discussion and simulation exercises. The students gained knowledge about various areas like shortcuts to excel formulae, ways to design dashboards. Ms. Apoorva Joshi shared her insights & appreciated the learning attitude & agility of the students. Trainings at TGBS act as a unique Teaching Learning tool for the budding leaders. The transfer of learning was ensured by giving assessments in the form of case scenarios, MCQs & experiential assignments
