Alumni Speak - HR

The HR Department at TGBS organized an engaging Alumni Speak session for Semester III students of the 2024–26 batch. The event featured Ms. Akansha Pawar, HR Manager at Fulfilment IA and a proud alumna, who shared her valuable insights into the evolving field of Generative AI. During the session, Ms. Pawar shed light on various facets of generative AI, offering students a clearer understanding of the diverse roles and opportunities within this dynamic domain. She also shared practical advice on navigating challenges in the business world, which was both insightful and inspiring. Students gained exposure to the technical and human dimensions of AI, including vital soft skills such as communication, logical reasoning, active listening, and interpersonal effectiveness.
